I had a brief moment this busy weekend to visit my lemon tree, chop up a few up lemons, and cram them in a jar with honey. Put it in the back of my fridge to “age” until I need it for tea during cold season. Apparently, I am behind the times, and this is super popular in Asian countries.
So, to recap, jar:
Stick a bunch of lemons in there with honey and keep it in the fridge.
I hope to have use for tea soon. This 100+ degree weather is misery!
